Improving Your Appointment Experience With AI Medical Scribes

To help you get the maximum benefit from your appointment with a clinician, we are trialling an artificial intelligence (AI) Medical Scribe system.

This system will automatically take notes in real-time during the appointment, allowing more time for the clinician to engage fully with patients and build rapport.

The system transcribes conversations as they happen, but no audio recordings are stored, and only the notes the clinician saves will be added to your records. Your consent is essential, and you will be asked at the start of your appointment if you are happy for the system to be used. You can decline or withdraw your consent at any time.
