Test Results
How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
We will contact you by text message usually (or by letter if you have not provided a mobile phone number) if a result is abnormal and you require treatment or further investigations. You will be contacted if your result is abnormal.
The administrative staff will give results to you or you may be asked to speak to the nurse or doctor. Adults' results will not be given to anyone other than the patient, except in exceptional circumstances.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- phone on 01275 335666 after 2pm
