Don’t forget Pharmacy First

With Winter ailments on the increase, please don’t forget the Pharmacy First service.

At Clevedon Medical Centre we are very lucky to partner with our local pharmacies, who offer a personalised service following a referral from ourselves. A Pharmacy First clinician can also prescribe antibiotics.

Patients with any of the following symptoms can be referred by us:

• Sinusitis
• Sore throat (5 and older)
• Ear ache (over 1 year old and not anadult)
• Infected insect bite (over 1 year old)
• Impetigo (over 1 year old)
• Shingles (18 and over)
• Uncomplicated UTIs (16-64 years old)
