Please support your GP surgery by booking in with us. Please get in touch if you are eligible

Our housebound and care home patients will be contacted separately. Eligibility criteria for the vaccine: 

• Patients who are 75 years old and over
• Patients who are immunosuppressed over 6 months old

Patients will also be offered the RSV, pneumonia and/or shingles vaccines (if eligible).
